Fury Amateur Series 59 brings another full slate of amateur mixed martial arts to Houston on Sunday, as Garcia Promotions continues its run of developing Texas talent through the Fury FC system. The event takes place at Imagen Venues, with fights beginning at 1 p.m. CT and streaming live on ClearLife Media.
Headlining the card, Stevan Ewald (3–1), ranked No. 1 in the U.S. Southwest amateur light heavyweight division, takes on David Puente (5–2), who enters as the region’s No. 7-ranked middleweight, for the amateur light heavyweight title. Ewald has established himself as one of the top amateurs in Texas, while Puente looks to secure his first Fury title after several strong showings across local promotions.
The card features a variety of rising amateurs across multiple divisions. In lightweight action, Flores vs. Kie and Henrique vs. Diamond provide high-stakes opportunities for prospects aiming to climb the Fury ranks. Burns vs. Smith headlines the 165-pound category, while Rodriguez vs. Ramirez highlights the flyweight division.
