You can request permanent deletion of your Clear Life Live account and associated personal data. You can also request deletion of selected data without deleting your entire account.
What happens after a request
- We may contact the email associated with the account to verify ownership and protect against unauthorized deletion.
- A verified full-account request permanently deletes the Clear Life Live account and associated personal data from active systems, subject to the limited retention described below.
- Deleting Clear Life Live does not automatically cancel an Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku subscription. Subscription billing must be managed through the store where it was purchased.
- Deletion is permanent. Access, saved lists, preferences, profile information, chat content, reminders, viewing history, and other account-linked information may not be recoverable.
Information that may be retained
Limited transaction, settlement, refund, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-compliance records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required. Retained records are limited to those purposes and are not used to continue an active Clear Life Live account. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until routinely overwritten or deleted.
Submit a deletion request
Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or app-store passwords.
