These Terms of Use govern your access to Clear Life Live, operated by Clear Life Media, LLC, on the web and supported mobile and TV platforms. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. Your account is for your personal use unless Clear Life has expressly provided a business, promoter, administrator, manager, or other managed role. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
One active session
To protect licensed programming and paid events, Clear Life may limit an account to one active app, TV, or browser session at a time. Starting a new session may end a previous one. You may not share credentials, evade session limits, or allow unrelated people to use your purchases or membership.
Memberships
Clear Life+ memberships renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a web membership through the billing-management link in your Clear Life account. Cancellation stops future renewal and generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Membership benefits, included programming, and eligible promotional credits may change prospectively.
Pay-per-view events are not necessarily included with membership. Any member price, included event, or eligible annual PPV credit will be identified before purchase. Promotional credits have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may be subject to eligibility and expiration rules shown with the offer.
Pay-per-view and digital access
Pay-per-view purchases grant a limited, personal, nontransferable right to watch the identified event through supported Clear Life Live surfaces. Access may include the live presentation and an on-demand replay when stated. Event schedules, cards, participants, and availability can change.
Payments and refunds
Prices, billing interval, applicable taxes, and purchase terms are displayed at checkout. Purchases made through Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, RevenueCat Billing, Stripe, or another platform may also be governed by that platform's payment and refund rules. Permitted use and content protection
Clear Life Live programming, artwork, software, brands, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Clear Life and are protected by law. The service is licensed for personal viewing only. You may not copy, download, rebroadcast, publicly perform, sell, redistribute, restream, screen-record, capture, or circumvent protections applied to the content, except where applicable law expressly permits and cannot be waived.
Service changes and availability
We work to provide reliable live and on-demand access, but internet, device, platform, venue, and third-party service conditions can affect availability. We may update, suspend, reschedule, substitute, or discontinue content or features when reasonably necessary. Scheduled maintenance, emergencies, rights restrictions, or security concerns may temporarily interrupt service.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargebacks, credential sharing, unauthorized recording or redistribution, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material violation of these terms. Ending an account does not eliminate obligations already incurred.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Life Live is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated here. Clear Life Media, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively as Clear Life Live evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective or last-updated date. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
